Shipping and Dispatch Policy

Dispatch of the product.

Smartgrill will enlist and dispatch the product within a maximum period of two business days after the purchase has been made and the payment confirmed. Once the product has been reviewed and enlisted, it will be dispatched and the buyer will be notified by telephone and/or email, the guide or tracking number and all data related to the shipment will be sent.

Product delivery.

The supplier (Smartgrill) can choose between the following shipping options: Deprisa, Envia, DHL, TCC, Servientrega for domestic shipments.

We deliver to anywhere in Colombia. However, there are some areas where parcels are not covered. But we can send your product to the available shipping office closest to your location.

The payment of the shipment is by the modality upon delivery but this modality is not available in all the Colombian territory. If this form of payment is not available in your city or address you will be notified and the value of the shipment must be canceled before being sent and dispatched to the supplier (Smartgrill).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, size and volume.
Delivery times take between 1 and 3 business days normally, since the shipping methods are not own of Smartgrill but the service is provided by a third party (courier and shipping companies) any delay or claim regarding the shipment must be made with the respective company with which the courier service was contracted (Deprisa, Envia, DHL, TCC, Servientrega) in the same way all goods are sent with a merchandise insurance with the allied insurer of the messaging company for an equal insured value at the price of the product you purchased. In the same way any claim for loss must be made with the respective company and Smartgrill is not responsible for any damage or loss of the merchandise that has already been sent and dispatched transferring the responsibility to the courier company that was hired.

Shipping in Bogotá and surroundings.

For shipments in Bogotá and surroundings we have our own parcel service at no additional cost that only applies to purchases over $ 150,000 COP.
